At Skidlabz, we aim to provide high-quality automotive parts, tuning accessories, and tools. Because our store operates on a dropshipping model, some products are non-returnable. Please read the policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After this period, orders cannot be canceled because items are processed and shipped by suppliers.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to installation or misuse
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items not purchased directly through Skidlabz

5. Shipping Issues

  • If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately.
  • We will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement if possible.
